Payment Arrangements
Please note: All wedding packages must be paid in full 2 weeks before the wedding.
K and C Photography does not accept the following:
K and C Photography requires your driver’s license number and your work
phone with all personal and cashier’s checks.
Contract Highlights
couple’s families or the wedding coordinator stops the contracted wedding session to go to
the reception or to another location, K and C Photography is not responsible or
liable for any missed or requested shots. No refunds will be given on any requested or
missed shots. This is non-negotiable.
 | As of November 1, 2008, a $300.00 non-refundable deposit will be required at contract | |
| signing. K and C Photography will not sign off on the contract until payment is received. |
| The remaining amount is due 2 weeks before the wedding, engagement, or portrait | |
| sessions. If this payment is not made, the contract is null and void. This means that K and C Photography is under no contractual obligation to shoot the contracted event and will retain one-half of the deposit. |
| If you book your wedding 1 month or more, we will accept personal checks, cashiers checks, | |
| money order, or cash. |
| If you book your wedding, 3 weeks or less, we will only accept cash, cashiers check, or | |
| money order. |

Contract Highlights
| Wedding packages consist of 5 hours of photography time. |
| Photography time includes the wedding ceremony, reception, and pre- |
- wedding preparations up to 5 hours from the time stated on the contract
to start photographic session.
| A $50.00 fee per hour is charged after the contracted 5 hours. This fee payment will be due | |
| at the photograph delivery. |
| If there is a delay of 15 minutes or more of any contracted and scheduled pre-ceremony or | |
| post ceremony photography sessions by any member of the wedding party, including bride, maid of honor, bridesmaids, groom, best man, groomsmen and any children or family members, K and C Photography is not responsible or liable for any missed or requested shots. No refunds will be given on any missed or requested shots. This is non-negotiable. |
| If the couple’s wedding ceremony begins 30 minutes or later than contracted, K and C | |

| If any member of the wedding party, including the bride or groom or any member of the |
the reception or to another location, K and C Photography is not responsible or
liable for any missed or requested shots. No refunds will be given on any requested or
